December 4, 2017 - no formal notes taken. Ready to drink but could also be kept another couple of years - not too long though. Tropical but restrained. Generous with some RS yet refershing acidity and bitter passion fruit notes. Hard to put down, its that tasty. However, I have a problem with screw caps and won't buy from this winery again as I would prefer to not store my wines with plastic contact (inside of the screw cap). Since purchase I stored the bottle upright. It surprises me how you can be biodynamic and bottle your wines with plastic contact when there is a natural, renewable alternative......
