  March 11, 2017 - Decanted. Now 2.5 h after. A: Really nice melange of flowers, pine, forest floor, herbs, and red fruits P: Red fruits mixed with herbs, earth, pine, with tannins on midpalate. Medium bodied with nice structure Makes sense given the village. F: Nice lingering finish with waves of fruit, earth and pine. Lots of tannins. This is way young but still really good.

  May 25, 2016 - Definitely wait 2 years to drink the next bottle. Nice fruit on the front but acid and tannins on the back that need to mellow. Next night the front end was thinner and a touch bitter. Hope the score will go up on the next bottle.
