November 14, 2021 - Bu en 2021, 14 ans suivant le millésime.
Ce vin est exceptionnel, il est au début de son apogée et pourrait encore faire quelques années en cave sans problème.
Il a toujours sa couleur rubis et ne démontre aucun signe de vieillissement.
Tout est bien fondu et équilibré sans pour autant être doux, il a encore tout ce qu'on aime d'un cabernet mais sans que l'acidité ou les tannins ne prennent le dessus sur le reste.
C'était ma dernière bouteille en cave pour ce super millésime, je suis bien triste.
Il a merveilleusement bien accompagné un contre-filet bien juteux et bien assaisonné. -

November 30, 2018 - Awesome nose of tobacco and spices with floral notes. You can really smell the maturity of this 2007. Striking acidity...velvety tannins, with flavours of red berries, spices...anise (100% Cabernet Sauvignon), smoke... Rich and well balanced. Very long finish. Charming...drink now. First purchased from LCBO at CA$25 in 2016...now CA$35 for its second coming!! 91+

November 26, 2018 - Garnet colour. Rich odour of black cherry, mushrooms, oak, tobacco, caramel and, later on, ripe bananas. Dark fruit, slight raisin, fig, black cherry, tobacco and vanilla on the palate. Full body. Smooth texture and very long finish with medium acidity. Drank over five days with vacuvin. First three days held really well. Day 5 was noticeably softer than previous days but still drank fine. Amazing value.

November 26, 2018 - Maturing, red berry, coffee, mushroom, toast, vanilla and mineral nose. Full, soft and glossy palate; ripe and warming with enough structure to keep it smart. Big flavourful finish.
