  July 23, 2017 - The comparison below to poulsard is spot on. Perhaps a touch lighter. This is an overall austere rendition of an austere grape. Might have enjoyed this more in its youth when it's aromas might have had more to say.

  May 6, 2016 - Very very light in color. Almost Rose like. Reminds me of Cerasuolo in color. On the palate it feels like Poulsard but with more tannic grip. Wild Strawberries and light raspberries. Very red fruited. Bright acid and short finish. Not bad for the price. Decent Summer red.

  November 3, 2015 - First experience with this varietal, and I really like it.
  
  It is fairly transparent to look at, and light in both alcohol (12.5%) and mouthfeel.
  
  It tastes primarily of very sour red fruits with a hint of cola, but it had surprisingly fine-grained tannins and grip for a wine with such a light color and mouthfeel.
  
  The tastes lingered longer in the mouth than you would have thought for an inexpensive light PnP wine such as this.
