November 14, 2015 - The color was deep red. The bouquet was marked, pleasant, floral. On opening the flavor was excessively herbaceous and this dominated the entire flavor profile. With several hours of air exposure the herbaceous overlay had dissipated and the underlying fruit was more appreciated. I think this wine is too young to properly evaluate. I plan to put my remaining bottles away for several years. I certainly think this is a wine that requires decanting prior to tasting.
