    September 28, 2015 - Fiorentini Vini - Castrocaro (FC) ((Cesena, Italy)): Demi-sec wine - 11,5%
Crystalline light straw yellow, with greenish tones. Abundant fine perlage.
Medium scale intensity and complexity at nose, as well as finess. Aromatic gentle notes of gooseberry, white honey, sugar cane and white flowers.
Off dry, with a medium body. Sugar is not disturbing at all, well balanced by a good acidity and minerality. Slightly bitter ending of almonds.
