November 20, 2021 - Not my favorite Behrens wine, but still a fantastic cab. Rich and dark, very long finish, not as sweet as other California cabs.

April 26, 2020 - Optimal drinking now. Medium to dark red fruit and deep red color. Decanted and enjoyed over 60 minutes. Opened up to light baking spice, violets and crushed rocks.
