Aromas are medium-plus in intensity and present with a cornucopia of scents. Complex notes of pear, apple, pineapple, white tea, jasmine, wet sidewalk, salt water, white fig, baking spices, wood and a hint of honeycomb.
On the palate lush with a rush of medium-plus/high acidity. Flavors deliver raw pineapple, star fruit, pear, apple and Meyer lemon with intensity, Additional flavors of rocky minerality, saline, tea and jasmine with a nice seasoning of baking spice.
Overall complex, lush and racy with acidity
