May 2, 2018 - Drank over two night
Very light green, hay colored. Light body
Petrol hints are pronounced. Sweet honey suckle, honey,
High minerality, good acidity, yellow apple, medium finish. Drinking well.

Excellent QPR. Great summer sipper. It will age well as most good Rieslings do. Dr. Loosen never lets me down.

June 5, 2017 - Solid and what you expect from Mosel Kabinett. Thankfully, light on the petrol. Racy slate, mineral and citrus. A bit more concentration and class then lower end Mosel.

October 24, 2016 - I have struggled with German Riesling for 20 years. I never know what I am getting so almost always avoid. This one got such good reviews with the sweetness "not a factor because of the acidity". To my tastes the sweetness overrides the acidity. There are plenty of German categories of Riesling that are supposed to be sweet so why do they insist on making Kabinett sweet? I am pretty sure this will be the last German wine I will buy.

July 11, 2016 - Chalky/slatey mineral aromas on the nose, a little honey and citrus; great energy driving things along, also impressive concentration. Delicately flavoured, sweetness totally held back by the structure and acidity. Great refreshment, lovely wine.
