March 23, 2021 - Very dark amber color. Dates, figs, vanilla, nuts. Toffee. Same spectrum of flavors on the palate with the addition of green olives. Dense. One of the best Italian stickies. Ready to go, it can last for more time. Bright balsamic acidity supports the density as well as the sweetness and the solera-like taste. Very long. Also a note on durability. I have opened the wine last spring... the bottle has been outside of the fridge for so long and the wine is still perfect.
