March 1, 2024 - Nydelig vin. Perfekt modnet. Dyp rød lett transparent farge. Lang lenge i både nese og munn. Lær, pepper, tjære, blod og liknende i nesen. Fløyelsmyke tanniner som sitter godt og lenge.
Drukket til hjemmelaget tortellini med fyll av ricotta og parmesan med saus av gorgonzola. Nær perfekt match. -

November 19, 2015 - A private lunch (Restaurant Fera *, Hotel Claridge's, London, UK): From the vineyard which Gaia calls Sori Tildin. Completely different in style however, bright and transparent, a little volatile, roses and spices and cherries; dry but juicy, hint of tar, firm but ripe tannins, good fruit; really builds on the finish, very good length. Drink 2018-2027.
