July 25, 2023 - Drinking great. PNP. Had a horizontal of these Soter SVs. This, so far, was the best of the first three.

January 13, 2023 - Delicious! Great straight out of bottle. Light and delicate in color. Warm and fruity on nose with strong scents of fruit. Something nostalgic of a winter day. Taste is sweet, low acid, clean structure. Delicate but with enough body to keep the conversation going. Hints of chocolate linger on the tongue. Wish I had more!

February 12, 2018 - Red fruit, vanilla and root beer notes. Good tannic structure and a lengthy finish. Interesting personality, both technically good and feeling a little 'manufactured', whatever that means...
