August 10, 2023 - Beautiful wine. Melon, citrus. Long finish and a bit creamy. Opened nicely after about an hour. Long finish. The cork was dry.

May 20, 2023 - Wow. Stunning right now. Noble reduction through and through, supported by dense lemon, lemon oil and a soft musky smokiness, almost like incense. On the palate: fantastic acidity. meyer lemon, lime and a very long finish. So sad this is my final btl.

December 2, 2022 - Very similar tasting from the last bottle 3-6 months ago. Vincent dancer is making some stunning wines. This was another reminder of that.
Shimmering golden in colour. Very pretty on the nose with stones orchard fruits and hint of citrus. Saline and mineral profile on the palate with great length and persistence. Touch of citrus notes. Grapefruit. Lime. Flint. Faintest hint of smokiness. Still displaying good acidity which gives structure. No rush to drink these.

Saline and mineral profile on the palate with great length and persistence. Touch of citrus notes. Grapefruit. Lime. Underlying acidity provides additional structure.
Long and smoothe into the finish.
Gorgeous wines that is drinking really well today.

October 22, 2021 - Good when opened. Improved over two hours in glass. Exquisite balance. Cinnamon on nose, mineral on palate. Not overly big but what is there is pure chardonnay and terroir. Really lovely. May be 94pts in time.
