April 13, 2024 - Medium garnet color. It is a pretty nose right off the PnP, at first with twiggy and dark soil notes, but then cinnamon, red fruit, red anise and a minerally element that might be slight oxidation. Light to medium in body, fair bit of structure which is overshadowing the fruit notes, which are juicy and sticky, with little traces of nutmeg on the finish.

April 29, 2021 - Delicious. Drank over three days. Tight at first. Third night the best. Momtazi has more weight and spice than KF Maresh. Darker red fruit. Deeper color. Glad I have more bottles and vintages to enjoy over the next 20 years.

May 2, 2020 - Stunning, fresh nose offering red berries, especially strawberries, roses and some earthy notes. Reminds me even a bit of a barbaresco. Light as a feather on the palate with a silky texture and very fine tannins, almost unnoticeable. The fruit is pure and clean. Feminine and sensual wine. Serve it slighly chilled for more freshness; it's a tad too sweet for my palate when it gets a bit warmer. Will try to hold my other 2 bottles for 5 more years. 16.5/20
