January 28, 2021 - IGT blend of 62% Cabernet Franc, 24% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6% Petit Verdot. Gave about 15h air. Medium garnet color. Cherry, anise, baking spice, potting soil and a hint of cured meat on the nose. Smooth and juicy on the palate, medium-full bodied, with flavors of sour cherry, anise and spice, supported by firm, polished tannins. A little hot in the finish.

March 7, 2018 - Au restaurant. Bel exemple du "bordeaux blend made in Tuscany", fraîcheur, rondeur, fine acidité, procure beaucoup de plaisir.

April 14, 2017 - PnP, the nose clearly states that this is a bordeaux blend, with barrel and fruit obvious. The palate does not quite match the nose at first, with more of an acidic bite and quieter tannins. Dark fruit and a little caramel line up with leather, with a medium mouthfeel and a solid, mid length finish. This is on the young side, so decant or age a couple of years more.

March 29, 2017 - Super Tuscans (Reasonably priced) (Lou's): This is always a hit in these tastings although it was pretty middle of the road this time. $33. Purple in color. The nose is dusty with cherries and blueberries. Pretty ripe. On the palate, this is very easy to drink. Some depth. Delicious if a bit ripe. Nice finish.
