February 10, 2020 - At Wee-An. This was the replacement for a bottle of Labet that they didn't have in stock. Look at me drinking more hipster Jura wines. The nose here is positively intoxicating with a mix of tropical fruit and citrus oils, as well as a brilliant underlying salinity. The palate shows an excellent balance of breadth and acidity; this is precisely the kind of dry white I love. Brilliant stuff. Now, how to find more of this in the US...

October 1, 2017 - Pillowy, billowy nose -- subtle wafts of sweet yeasty breadiness. Also very slight mango element. On the palate, much more linear and incisive than the nose suggests -- lovely deft line of lemon/citrus and minerals, with a cleansing, grapefruit element on the back-end. This is really delicious. So nuanced, classy and quite singular.
