January 9, 2022 - Bright, fragrant bouquet of dark fruit, braised meat, and licorice shows whiffs of dust and balsam complexity. The palate is sultry and full bodied, very much Old World, with excellent length, depth, and a succulent, Sichuan peppercorn tension that is as exciting as it is tasty. Excellent now with a decant.
