  August 14, 2019 - Dorado. Nariz expresiva e intensa con notas de mantequilla, toques de flores blancas, algo de fruta blanca, fruta con hueso y cierta mineralidad. En boca la entrada es buena, cierta untuosidad, ligeros amargos, buena frescura, largo y muy bien definido. Un excelente vino

  May 7, 2018 - 100% Verdejo, viñas centenarias prefiloxéricas, en pie franco.
  Racimos eteros sin despalillar y prensando tradicional borgoñón en prensa manual vertical con pisadas de la uva. Fermentado con levaduras autóctonas. Trasiego en barricas francesad, 50% nuevas y 50% de un vino, para completar una crianza de 10 meses de bastoneo sobre lías.
  Color ambar pajizo.
  Nariz espectacular!! Parece un Borgoña. Muy, muy, bueno. Notas de mantequilla, brioche.
  Acidez buena, no muy marcada.
  Redondo y muy bueno.

  January 12, 2018 - Aromas of apple, abricots, honey, leather and slightly reductive. Big, powerful wine with oak and wood, fruit not very prominent, lemon and medium plus acidity, Extreme length and high alcohol 14%. Should have great potential but requires food to balance the density.

  May 21, 2016 - Colour is medium intense lemon greene, developing
  
  On the nose it is medium with aromas of greene apples, lemon, lemon zest, chalk, salty/sea, hint of popcorn, oak, butter, developing.
  
  Dry, medium acidity, medium+ alcohol body and flvour intensity with aromas of oak, lemon, greene apples, lemon, chalk, salty minerals, mushrooms, butter, hint of popcorn. Long finish
  
  This a very good quality wine with great structure and intensity, well structured and very complex, the concentration is good but i think it will need some time. Long finish with mineral touch and very nively balanced oak. Long potential for agening and very good quality 91-92p
