November 27, 2020 - Black fruit, earth, tobacco, dark cherry. Alcohol has subsided a bit. Drinking well right now. Well balanced.

Med tannins, med+ intensity, med+ alcohol, med+ acidity.

    Very enjoyable and exceeded expectations.

August 24, 2020 - Dark berries on the nose, very clean. Some smoky/earthy nuances on the palate, along with concentrated cherry/berry flavours. Tannin is smooth and lingers on the finish. Approachable but will likely improve over the next few years.

March 21, 2018 - 750ml; PnP; Brutally tannic and slightly bitter upon opening, so much so that I set it aside for the evening with the thoughts of possibly cooking with it or dumping it. Next day, tannins had smoothed out and the wine was pretty drinkable with flavors of red berries mostly. Pretty simple but quaffable IFF you decant for at least 4 hours (IME).
