May 6, 2023 - Consumed over two days. Young color, fresh nose with lemon curd, white fruit. Excellent texture, creamy for a steel vat aging, mineral, saline, great acidity. Textbook chablis on palate. In a great moment with plenty of life ahead. Confirms I like butteaux over Michel's forets.91-92

June 16, 2020 - Très beau Chablis à point; superbe bouquet de sel de mer, coquillages, citron, amandes et beurre. La bouche est bien droite, vive et saline bref un Chablis comme on les aime!
