March 11, 2018 - This has some tones of being close to the ripeness line. I did find some heat on the aromatic, and while not overtly obvious, it was there for me. Blackberry, solid acidity, some vanilla and a spicy finish.

May 7, 2017 - Wow really good Pinot. Shared 2 bottles over the course of dinner. Definitely modern ripe California styled but never goes over the top to candy. Syrupy cherry, tart raspberry, cloves, and cool mineralty. Approachable now but will age for another 3-5 years.
