December 3, 2023 - Still a healthy medium-dark ruby/purple. Moderately aromatic of black currant, charred French oak and a hint of vanilla. Medium-full bodied, this is loaded with milk chocolate covered black cherries and some beautiful, new, French oak. Perfectly mature, best now-2025, but will last a bit longer than that. 91

January 15, 2023 - Better than last time. Good match with steak and french fries. Black fruits , cherry, graphite and mineral flavors.

November 26, 2020 - A disappointment. Parker 95 and WS 91. I hoped it would have been somewhere in between these two ratings but it’s really a 90-91 points wine. The mineral, graphite and earth flavors dominate the shy black fruits and cassis notes. Some tobacco and dry tannins on the finish. Very good but I expected more at this price. I doubt it will get better with bottle age.

May 23, 2020 - better than expected - dark, inky, great earth - agree this is in great spot, but think my last two bottles will still be better in 1-2 yrs
