Aromas of honey, apples and subtle petrol notes
Rounded mouthfeel, high but balanced acidity, with subtle spices and long mineral-driven finish -

Taste of ripe green apples, peaches and citrus with a long and dry finish with minerals. Well integrated acidity with a hint of bitterness. Still a young wine, has potential for years of aging. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
