Nez minéral. Fruits jaunes discrets.
Bouche généreuse, ronde, presque grasse(?) qui joue sur le registre des fruits jaunes et du miel sans noter de sucres résiduels. Un peu court mais très agréable avec cette légère acidité en fin.
Le premier verre est ressenti comme plus ''chaud''/ lourd que les rieslings bus récemment. Interressant avec les gambas grillées.
