Litt underlig ettersmak, men litt research viser at denne har spontangjæra og det er sikkert villgjæren som gir dette preget av brøddeig og gjæra grapefrukt. Helt ok standardriesling, men du må jobbe litt med denne for å finne det spennende som kan forsvare noe mer enn basisrieslingpris. Mulig den har noe å hente på lagring - ville hjelpe hvis syra ble litt rundere.
