November 23, 2019 - Encore une fois délicieux avec des salaisons, solide QPR.
Du côté léger et fruité des GSM.
Je ne crois pas que ça évoluera encore beaucoup.
À boire d'ici 3-4 ans je dirais, à carafer 30 min. -

September 5, 2019 - Drinking well right now...tart and mildly tannic with bramble fruit and a slightly wild edge. Seems like it has the possibility for continued positive evolution.

November 4, 2017 - Not as feral as some Collioure I’ve tasted- this is relatively fruity and feminine on day one. Day two, the wine is a little more wild but still very restrained. Should drink well for another couple of years as the tannins resolve.
