July 18, 2022 - Deep ruby colored, aroma of plum, blackberry, black currant (cassis). Blackberry, plum, dried herb, light cedar and pepper on the palate. Full body with polished texture and medium to high acid and softened tannins. Long finish.

January 31, 2022 - Nice Cab with some good spice to it. Some tannins that softened over time and showed some good dark fruit. I will wait on the next bottle.

January 14, 2022 - This was better than I expected it would be. Nice aroma early after pour and into the decant - dark fruit and vanilla. That faded with time while the flavor improved with air. After 2 hours, intense blackberry and plum, tobacco, black pepper, cedar, clay pot, and residual herb. Full body, strong tannin, nice acidity, long finish. Should have bought more of these for sure....
