June 4, 2023 - PnP: golden straw color; fresh notes of citrus; medium bodied; pure and precise, Meyer Lemon, grapefruit, some granny smith, bracing, saline and oyster shell, lasting finish. Grand Cru deserving.

December 15, 2022 - Old Guys Lunch (The Minikahda Club, Mpls): Pale gold color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. Youthful and brisk, apple, pear and floral notes segue into the limestone aromas on the nose. The palate is the wow here, dry stone, gravel, oyster shell, lemon and citrus zest with the grippy, mouthwateringly crisp acidity. More to come here I think. 93+(+)pts.

December 14, 2022 - Leo's btl at our recent "Old Guys" lunch. CV,LS,TS,JV, SP + guest (he's everywhere) scribe KB. Fantastic snowy afternoon at Leo's cozy Club! Started out too cold from time in the ice bucket but stellar near the end. Crystalline aromas of seashore, citrus & delicate flowers. Viscous, energetic, mouth coating minerality, salinity, citrus & stone fruit. Balanced & elegant with Grand Cru class, power & purity in spades. Thanks Leo!
