Community Tasting Notes 2

July 15, 2019 - Deep yellow. Lemon and lime notes with subtle ginger notes in the background. Oak still notable but well integrated and not offensive. Palate is intense and almost viscous. Searing acidity balances palate. Long finish. Little overdone but pulling itself together. Drink now but no need to rush. It may still improve.
