March 22, 2024 - Pale lemon. Medium+ intensity with aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit, wet stones, apple, pear, vanilla, brioche, almond, hazelnut, stewed apple. Med+ acidity, and slightly more intensity on palate than nose. Medium+ finish. Very good and suitable for further ageing. However, I felt it could have offered a bit more in terms of concentration and finish.

February 8, 2022 - Round and full, not like a classic PM. Lemon zest on the nose. Very linear/acid but glycerin mouthfeel. Drinks more like a CM. Ready to drink but I think will be Better w time.
