April 29, 2021 - From a highly regarded 'Classic Chablis' vintage this wine pours rich and overt but evolves quickly after some time in the glass.
Powerful aromas of butterscotch, lemon meringue and candy apple give way to oxidative sherry and almond notes.
Creamy texture, fresh acidity.
Flavours show a push and pull of sweet and tart with notes of cream, candied lemon and macintosh apple.
Good length.

October 13, 2018 - Light and crisp. Light mineral notes. Hint of citrus. Absolutely brilliant example of Chablis and not hard on the wallet. Would buy again. Drink now.
