May 24, 2020 - Full power right now. Shining secondary aroma of exotic fruits, honeycomb, perfect ripeness. Just a touch of petrol right now, wait a little longer If you want more of that in the mix. Definitely on the sweeter side at 7.5% vol but plenty of acidity and mineral punch to ensure the balance. On the spot.
