August 16, 2020 - Robe rubis profond qui commence à montrer quelques traces d'évolution. Après une heure de carafe, le nez est encore timide, mais il va s'ouvrir au cours du repas pour proposer un beau profil et une belle pureté (cerise, épices douces). En bouche, l'équilibre est magistral, j'adore la combinaison de l'attaque/milieu de bouche sur un fruit bien mûr et rond avec une finale très ferme aux tanins pas encore fondus mais fins, alliés à une grosse fraîcheur. Vraiment de haut niveau pour son appellation, j'ai adoré, et pris beaucoup plus de plaisir que sur le brunello 06 du même domaine bu l'hiver dernier. Dans 3 à 5 ans, les tanins auront fondu et on aura un autre profil, sans doute magnifique dans son genre.

March 24, 2019 - Very dry. Nice mouthfeel. Tannic. Almost reminiscent of pinot. I'd try with some sushi actually.
