April 23, 2024 - Minerally, citrussy and chalky with a whiff of toast, and coated with butter. Saline and fresh; understated yet perfectly balanced, with a lingering finish to boot. Could easily be mistaken for a Puligny or Chassagne, and certainly a clear demonstration as to why white Burgundy can’t be replicated. I had almost forgotten just how good it can get, and why it now costs an arm and a leg to purchase a bottle. Wonderful stuff. CHP 94 pts

January 19, 2024 - Ah, if only I would have bought a bunch when these were 35 EUR! Really good again. Good time to drink, but I don’t think it is nearing any downward slope. Lemon oil, violet, white flowers, green apples, brioche - high acidity and a very nice texture, with some oak tannins still. I love white Burgundy, I just wish it had stopped climbing in price about the time I bought this, six years ago.

July 21, 2023 - loved this. So precise. Mineral, white flowers and white fruits. Some were able to call this St Aubin blind.
