September 1, 2021 - PnP, chilled, but better with some air. Will start by agreeing with Vasily's TN, but not his conclusion. This medium to plus bodied wine was more than "A little oaky butter up front" as the oak seemed to dominate both the nose and the palate. It definitely had "good acidity with strong citrus, lemon zest", along with a touch of apple, and a "crisp finish". However, the heavy presence of oak took much of the enjoyment out of this wine for us.

August 8, 2017 - OK but not as good as expected from the Pisoni family. Fruit was not developed and finish flat.

April 23, 2016 - I enjoyed this and it drinks for me with the lowest oak touch that I can recall on this cuvee. When cooler in temp, it shows more apple and anise, then when warmer, more lemon lime and lemon curd qualities. Not a revelation for those who drink chard with the right serving temperature but a reminder again tonight for me as to how this matters.

February 10, 2016 - Elegant, slightly nuanced with oak. Medium bodied. Stone fruit hints.
