April 1, 2021 - Still pale lemon in colour. Gently perfumed nose, blossom, honey, lemon zest, faint hint of petrol. Medium dry, but with high acidity, really cuts through the sweetness for a long, clean finish. Green, apple, lime, touch of honey. Only 8.5% ABV, and light on its feet. Would feel at home in a flight of good quality German Spätlesen. Look forward to trying my other bottle in 2-3 years.

June 10, 2017 - Immensely drinkable medium Resling showing great balance between the sweetness and acidity.
Appearance: Straw, clear
Nose: citrus, wet slate, floral - honeysuckle, some lychee
Palate: Medium sweetness - to our reckoning sweeter than an "off-dry" but not as sweet as a dessert wine - with the sweetness on the front palate, immediately balanced with refreshing acidity going to a citrus, lemony finish with great length. -

March 18, 2017 - Off-dry style. Sweetness well balanced by the very crisp acidity. Granny Smith apples, green pear, and a touch of cream. Great intensity and length. (92 Very good wine)
