30% Fermentado y envejecido durante diez meses en barrica de roble francés y americano. 70% fermentado y envejecido durante diez meses sobre lías en depósito de acero inoxidable.
Color verdoso pálido.
Poco expresivo en nariz, algo de barrica. Ácido en exceso, recto, poco expresivo, corto. -

May 27, 2017 - Excellent bottle. Pears. Apples. Drank in a picnic setting. Refreshing and easy to drink. Would absolutely purchase additional bottles in the future.
