February 6, 2022 - Nougat, apple jelly, dried flowers, honey. Very fine mousse, losing some of its bubbles, verve and liveliness, but this is fresh, complex and full of pleasure. Should motor for at least a few more years.

Rich ripe fruit but very focused,
Nice savoury quality, elegant, good, long finish
