February 15, 2021 - Very good. Fruity, notes of leather and cinnamon.

January 28, 2021 - Nose is sunny and inviting, notes of black cherry and ripe plums. Wish they could bottle just that smell. The wine is drinking wonderfully right now. Just the right balance of dark mixed berries, a hint of green pepper and some leathery tobacco. Finish is dry and moderately long. Worked well with BBQ but I could see this going very well with any grilled meats.
