September 20, 2020 - A beefy, hefty Eden Valley Shiraz, with the 7 years of bottle age giving a smooth and mellow full-bodied wine. Aromas of dark berries and black chocolate carry over on to the palate, followed by some clove, beef jerky and a really long dark berry fruit finish. Complex and very drinkable with plenty years ahead.

April 12, 2019 - Deep Black cherry colour with thick purple hue. Aroma of saw dust, light cigar box, dried fruit, licorce and mocha. Black plum, blackcurrant, white pepper, smooth dark chocolate, asparagus to finish. Full body, Dusty integrated tannin, long finish, balanced acidity. Enjoying by itself after running through an aerator. Great body and mouthfeel, drinking well but should continue to improve.

June 8, 2017 - Deep ruby red, almost black. Strong, concentrated, lots of sweet fruit dominating. High tannins, full body, eternal depth and length.

September 28, 2016 - Dark purple black colour. Plum jam, raspberry, blackberry. Medium to full body. Underlying tannin that perfectly supports the fruit. An enjoyable fruity wine with a smooth balanced finish.
