March 26, 2024 - BWC Small Fish Supper at Fish Kitchen, Norbiton (Fish Kitchen, Norbiton): Served with a PYCM St Aubin La Pucelle of the same vintage. Ever so slightly butterier than either of the Meursaults or the PYCM. Some grapefruit pith and hints of minty peas. With air something herbal here too. Thyme and chicken roasting juices? Lovely stuff and great foil for the haddock and chips its served with.

October 29, 2022 - Bright yellow; stylish, classical, elegant, dashing panache on a fine finish. Should hold well.

October 4, 2020 - Expressive nose. Smooth but underlying concentrated power with notes of citrus, white flowers and a hint of tropical fruits all balanced with its mineral and flinty backbone. It is really good now although there is no rush as it will keep and possibly even improve but it will be hard to resist drinking it now.

May 31, 2020 - Very similar to the previous bottle although I note a more pronounced lemon zing/lemon oil hint on the wine which IMO takes a bit away (dominates) from the rest of the flavours.

September 28, 2019 - Very elegant and perfectly balanced. Some hint of chocolate and orange in the nose, also some pleasant tertiary notes coming through. Concentrated, voluptuous but with the acidity providing a solid backbone. Will have a long life ahead, but we adore it exactly like this.
