February 23, 2024 - Holding up well, not even close to getting tired but showing some maturity. Ripe yellow fruit, some wax and glycerol. Fresh acidity. Not too much detail but drinking well.

Pale straw. Nose a touch reticent, lemon, florals. Medium bodied, lemon, apple. sesame seed, some nice weight with attractive tangy acidity and a good length fresh finish showing a touch of spice. Very good indeed. -
