January 19, 2023 - In absolutely perfect condition. Plenty of age and development but no undue oxidization whatsoever, just supremely rich. Dense yellow Chardonnay fruit, saffron, spice, toast, nuts. Palate still has yellow citrus and acid. Oily texture. Coche-like reduction. Deep yellow colour but no oxidization. Quite a surprise.
