April 2, 2020 - Deep nose of cherries. Light on its feet. Floral and earth notes. Slight metallic note on finish which I didn’t mind.

November 17, 2018 - An excellent PN. Good fruit, esp, cherries, and nicely balanced. Med. body. Expresses the terroir with a mineral element that makes it unique.

April 25, 2018 - 2 years after the first taste. Really blossoming. Dark red fruit. Lots of complexity to the palate. Really explodes after the aromas show a bit more subtlety. Mineral crusted red fruit. Some wild red fruit to the palate. Wow, one of the more eye opening wines I’ve had in a while. Their 2013 Chard is quite special as well.

May 25, 2017 - An utterly breathtaking, seductive nose perfumed in rose water, rhubarb, black cherry, incense, anise, cola, sous bois. The underlying structure is there in Ponzi's 2013 Pinot Noir Reserve, in the form of ultra-fine tannins framing out a wine of tremendous grace and elegance. Fruit on the palate—a tumble of red and black— is overtaken by subtle, loamy minerality. 13.6% | ABV Sample
