  February 25, 2015 - Past its best before date
  The wine looks light brown colored. The legs are fast. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry and strawberry jam. It tastes like strawberry, red currant and stoniness. The body is light. The wine has angular texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

  January 13, 2015 - We used Coravin, and we will again next week. Drank alongside two other red Burgundies of same vintage. Pleasant but requires a far longer breathing window than we expected. Fun, lively red fruits. I would not have picked it to be a 1997 as the power is evident.

  December 20, 2009 - Notes from a half glass my wife brought back from a tasting event. Reddish brown in color. Nose of cherry, leather, and mushroom. Palate of tart red cherry with leather, mushroom and forest floor. There is still a little fruit left with good balance. Drink up if you got them, I think this is on the downside. 87

  October 14, 2007 - Decanted 2 hours, and this was really enjoyable. Good fruit, good backbone, and a nice finish. $40 from Winebid, and I wasn't disappointed.
