June 18, 2006 - Wow, just fantastic. I found a mixed case of Ente while doing inventory in the cellar and figured I should drink a few of the 98’s up. Chalky mineral and citrus zest, nice and clean lemon notes are present. Although the wine is clean, I just love the lingering finish on this wine. It just seems to build in intensity. The wine was at it’s peak after 45 minutes and was still drinking well at 3 hours.
