December 1, 2023 - Decanted and drank after Ch. Beychevelle 2000. Blackberry and a light touch of cedar. Well knit together, but throwing a fair bit of sediment. Surprised by its aspirational complexity—it wasn’t a huge step down from the St.Julian!

December 16, 2021 - Dark ruby purple color; full bodied. Black fruit and alcohol on nose. Blackberries on palate, not much else. Tannins well integrated. Agree with Boskoop2: pleasant but not much going on…but not his recommendation. I plan to drink up
