Community Tasting Notes 1

December 25, 2017 - Lean, but elegant. My last bottle of 6 and over the top, but still in qiute good shape. Drank it over 4 hours, with no signs of oxidation. Previous tastings had higher quality (92-93).
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, forest floor and mushroom. It tastes like strawberry, blackberry, red currant, forest floor and mushroom. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
