March 9, 2023 - Lo que tiene guardar. 22 años más tarde de su nacimiento esta Petit Verdot mantiene muy buena capa, de color granate si bien el ribete aparece algo abierto, con algún destello caoba. En nariz el perfil es muy elegante, dominado por los terciario,s hay matices de aceitunas negras, muchos especiado, algo de compota de frutos rojas, especias dulces y caja de puros. En la boca impacta su finura, con cuerpo medio, taninos finísimos y muy bien integrados, suaves amargos, cacao, acidez media/alta, estructura media, notable persistencia y mucha profundidad. Elegancia pura. Magnífica evolución.
