  • Enfant sauvage Likes this wine:

December 4, 2015 - 2014 material. This is just a great little wine. Green aromas and flavors blend with nice red fruit (cherry), a tad of pepper, some black olive, and a reasonably small dose of brett (for Puzelat). Light bodied (not in an ethereal Poulsard sort of way but not in a watery insipid way either), but not without a bit of structure and tannin. Even held up over 3 days in the fridge, and that works well since serving it with a bit of chill is nice. This is a solid cellar defender. It's very hard to find anything more interesting for $15, on this continent anyway.
